The Occupation Tightens Its Military Measures in the Western Area of Salfit
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces tightened their military measures today, Sunday, in the western area of the city of Salfit, where they set up military checkpoints and hindered the movement of citizens.
Local sources informed the official agency that the occupation forces established a military checkpoint this morning at the entrance to the town of Deir Ballout, in addition to another checkpoint near the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, causing traffic jams and obstructing the movement of citizens.
They added that the occupation forces stormed the village of Haris, and the towns of Bedia and Qarawat Bani Hassan, patrolling their streets amid a heavy presence of soldiers, with no arrests reported so far.
These measures come in the context of the ongoing escalation carried out by the occupation forces in Salfit Governorate, accompanied by daily restrictions on citizens and limitations on their movement.
