Occupation Injures Citizen with Gunfire and Arrests Him East of Hebron
SadaNews - A citizen was injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire on Saturday evening in Hebron.
Security sources reported to the official agency that the occupation forces fired at a vehicle in the "Khalat Hador" area east of Hebron, resulting in the injury of citizen Shakir Falih Al-Jabari (50 years old). The sources added that the occupation prevented ambulances and citizens from reaching him, and then arrested him.
The same sources indicated that the occupation forces closed the entrances to Hebron city and fired tear gas canisters at citizens and their vehicles.
Local sources mentioned that the Palestinian Al-Jabari was driving his vehicle to drop off his daughter and her children when the occupation soldiers opened fire towards the vehicle, injuring him.
They continued: "The soldiers detained the injured man and prevented a Palestinian ambulance from reaching him, while releasing the daughter and her children."
The occupation army claims that the incident was an attempted vehicle-ramming attack against its soldiers.
