Raids and Storming of West Bank Cities and Demolitions in Jerusalem

SadaNews - The Israeli occupation army continued, early Wednesday morning, to storm Palestinian cities and villages in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, accompanied by extensive arrest campaigns and field investigations with dozens of Palestinians after detaining them for hours, in addition to assaulting homes and mistreating residents.

In Jerusalem, the occupation forces, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed the town of Anata northeast of the city to carry out demolition operations, while settlers stormed the area around a farm in the town of Raba southeast of Jenin and provoked the residents.

Settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles near the village of Madama south of Nablus.

Abdullah Ziyada, the head of the village council of Madama, stated that settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles near the bypass road adjacent to the village, causing damage to some of them.

He added that following the settlers' attack, a force from the occupation army stormed the homes of several Palestinians near the area and tampered with their contents.

The occupation forces also raided the town of Beit Fajjar south of Bethlehem and the town of Halhul north of Hebron, arresting a number of Palestinians, including Qasim Sharif Nassar in the village of Madama south of Nablus.

In Jericho, the forces arrested Muhammad Al-Santrisi, Muhammad Samir Hamidat, and Muhammad Al-Khabas during a storming of the Aqbat Jabr camp, where the occupation forces left destruction in the homes.

In Jenin, the occupation forces stormed the village of Siris and the town of Silat al-Harithiya west of the city, firing sound bombs and gas, and snipers were positioned on the rooftops of houses while monitoring with drones.

The occupation forces also stormed the Jalazone camp north of Ramallah and the al-Tira neighborhood, raiding several homes.

In Tubas, seven Palestinians were injured by tear gas inhalation and assault during the storming of the town of Aqaba.

Nidal Ouda, the director of ambulance and emergency services, reported that six injuries were due to inhaling tear gas, in addition to one injury from being beaten by soldiers, and treatment was provided for all cases on-site.

This comes as part of the ongoing daily operations of the occupation against Palestinians, accompanied by arrests and assaults on property, amid continuous military escalation in various parts of the West Bank and Jerusalem.
