Injuries and Arrests in Occupation and Settler Attacks in the West Bank

SadaNews - A child was injured this morning, Saturday, by settlers’ gunfire during an incursion into the village of Kisan, east of Bethlehem.

The Red Crescent Society reported that its crews dealt with a live bullet injury in the hip of a 16-year-old child during clashes with settlers following the incursion into the village, and he was transported to the hospital.

A local source reported that more than 30 settlers invaded the village, stormed a school, several homes, and destroyed agricultural crops with their machinery.

The village of Kisan, east of Bethlehem, is witnessing repeated assaults by settlers as part of a systematic policy targeting citizens’ lands and sources of livelihood through the destruction of agricultural crops and raids on homes.

In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces arrested four foreign activists from the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.

Local sources stated that the occupation army stormed the residence of citizen Raziq Abu Naim (Abu Hamam residence) in the Khala'il area south of al-Mughayyir and arrested four foreign activists of different nationalities while they were present at the residence to support the Abu Naim family, which faces daily assaults and provocations from the settlers.

It’s worth noting that the occupation forces arrested three foreign activists four days ago during a raid on Abu Hamam residence.

The village of al-Mughayyir, as well as villages and towns in the northeast and east of Ramallah, are facing repeated incursions by the occupation forces, in addition to settler assaults on their homes, lands, and property.
