Mustafa Discusses Latest Developments and Strengthening Joint Work with the Spanish Foreign Minister
SadaNews - Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Mustafa received a phone call from Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares this morning, during which they discussed the latest developments in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, intensifying international efforts required to stop the aggressions of the occupation and the settlers' gangs, and the release of Palestinian funds held by the occupation, in addition to continuing work for reconstruction in the Gaza Strip and the important European role in this regard.
Both parties affirmed the political reference for the institutions of the State of Palestine in the Gaza Strip and their unification with the West Bank on the path to realizing the state as stipulated in various international resolutions, the latest of which is the New York Declaration.
Moreover, Mustafa and Albares discussed areas of joint coordination and the friendly support of Spain for its political, diplomatic, and financial support to the State of Palestine, where the Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to Spain for its ongoing support. In this regard, Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Estephan Salameh will make an official visit to Spain in mid this month to strengthen bilateral cooperation, especially in development and reconstruction issues.
