The toll of the occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip rises to 70,942 martyrs and 171,195 injured
SadaNews - Medical sources announced today, Tuesday, that the toll of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to 70,942, the majority of whom are children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli occupation's aggression on October 7, 2023.
The same sources clarified that the number of injuries has risen to 171,195 since the onset of the aggression, while the number of victims remains under the rubble, and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
It was noted that 5 martyrs have reached hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past 48 hours, including one new martyr, and 4 martyrs whose bodies were recovered, along with 3 injuries. The total toll of martyrs and injuries since the ceasefire agreement on October 11 amounts to 406 martyrs and 1,118 injuries, with 653 bodies retrieved.
Additionally, it was reported that the death of a citizen was recorded due to the collapse of a building, raising the number of victims from building collapses due to the atmospheric depression to 16 cases.
