President Abbas Receives the Wife of Leader Marwan Barghouti

SadaNews - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas received today, Tuesday, at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah, Fadwa Barghouti, the wife of the prominent leader and member of the Fatah Central Committee, Marwan Barghouti, as part of the support for the Palestinian, Arab, and international campaign aimed at securing his release.

The presidency confirmed that the demand for the release of leader Marwan Barghouti has always been at the top of President Abbas and Fatah's agenda.

The presidency praised the steadfastness of the great national leader Marwan Barghouti and his determination, as well as his courageous national stances, commending the resilience of the other struggling prisoners in defense of freedom and the independence of the state.
