SadaNews - A baby has died today, Thursday, due to the severe cold in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that the infant, Saeed Abidin, who was one month old, passed away in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis due to the severe cold.

Sources indicated that the number of deaths reaching hospitals due to the weather system and extreme cold in the Gaza Strip has risen to 13 fatalities.
