Smotrich Approves 19 New Settlements in the West Bank

Sada News Translation - Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich continues his expansionist settlement plan. The Israeli cabinet approved 19 settlements in the West Bank, some of which are old and some completely new. Among the approved settlements are Ganem and Kadim, which have not been approved since the evacuation operation in northern West Bank. Channel 14 reported during the cabinet meeting that took place this evening (Thursday), as translated by Sada News. Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich presented to cabinet members his plan to legalize 19 new settlements in the West Bank. Some are entirely new settlements, while others are existing ones that will now be regulated. The settlements approved by the Israeli cabinet tonight are: Kida, Ash Kodish, Givat Har'el Mishal, Kochav Hashachar North, Nof Gilad, Ganem, Kadim, Shalim, Har Bizek, Reihanit, Rosha'in East, Tamun, Beni Kidem, Yateef, Ya'ar HaKeren, Allenby, Yateef West, and Nehal Dur'an. The most notable among this list are the settlements of Ganem and Kadim, which were evacuated during the removal operation from Gush Katif. Channel 14 described the Israeli cabinet's approval of these two settlements this evening, alongside the approval of the "Five" and "Sha-Nur" agreements announced a few months ago, as the completion of the full return of settlement to the settlements in northern West Bank. This move was described as a true revolution led by Minister Bezalel Smotrich, and a real earthquake in the world of settlements.
