Injuries and Arrests in Ongoing Occupation Aggression in the West Bank and Jerusalem
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of raids on Saturday, during which they arrested several citizens in various areas of the West Bank.
The occupation forces arrested a number of young men during their incursion into the town of Biddu, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported from local sources that the occupation forces stormed the town and fired live ammunition and toxic gas canisters intensively, coinciding with a widespread deployment in the area, before arresting several young men.
Occupation soldiers brutally beat a young man during their incursion into the town of Al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem. In addition, a Palestinian sanitation worker was attacked in occupied Jerusalem by extremist settlers.
Meanwhile, three young men arrived last night at "Darwish Nazzal" government hospital in Qalqilya city, all from the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan west of Salfit, after being violently assaulted by the occupation forces.
The young men were beaten and assaulted after being detained by the occupation forces at a military checkpoint near Jericho, in the eastern West Bank, while returning from work to their homes.
The occupation forces raided the village of Nabi Saleh, northwest of Ramallah city, in the center of the West Bank, launching arrest operations and field investigations that targeted six citizens, including women and girls.
According to local sources, the occupation forces detained the family of citizen Bilal Tamimi during their raid on the village of Nabi Saleh, and arrested both: Bilal Abdul Salam Tamimi and his wife, Manal Abdul Hafiz Tamimi (an employee at the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission), as well as their son Samer Bilal Tamimi.
The occupation forces also arrested from Nabi Saleh: Wisam Iyad Tamimi, the girl Dina Abu Maryam, and Alaa Muhammad Tamimi.
The occupation forces raided the Akbat Jabr neighborhood, east of Tulkarem city, and stormed a commercial store. They also raided the towns of Beit Umar and Sa'ir, north of Hebron city.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces raided the town of Qabatiya south of Jenin city, while they were targeted with a "bomb" in the town of Arraba, southwest of the city, in the northern occupied West Bank.
