Ukrainian Army Announces Targeting of Large Chemicals Factory in Southern Russia
SadaNews - The Ukrainian army stated late Thursday that its forces struck a large chemical plant in the Stavropol region of southern Russia, causing a fire.
The General Staff of the army wrote on the Telegram app that the Nevinnomyssk Azot plant was bombed on Thursday, clarifying that the facility produces components for explosives and describing it as one of the largest of its kind in Russia.
No immediate response was received from Russian officials, and Reuters was unable to independently verify the Ukrainian army's claims.
