Work Resumes at the Karama Crossing After Being Closed Due to a Sudden Israeli Strike
SadaNews - Work resumed at the "Allenby" Bridge on the Israeli side, after being closed since this morning to Palestinian travelers coming and going, due to a sudden strike by the Israeli workers' union.
The occupation authorities had earlier informed that the closure would last only one hour starting from eight in the morning, however, the state of ambiguity continued for hours, leading to a significant backlog of travelers and severe congestion in the waiting areas.
This sudden closure disrupts the movement of thousands of Palestinians who rely on the bridge as a main outlet for travel.
