Occupation Continues to Demolish Citizens' Homes in Jenin Camp
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces have continued, for several hours, to demolish citizens' homes in Jenin camp.
Local sources reported that the occupation's bulldozers have begun demolishing 24 homes in the Abdullah Azzam neighborhood west of the camp, including 12 homes that will be completely demolished.
In the town of Burqin west of Jenin, loud explosions and gunfire were heard west of the town, originating from the Israeli occupation army, but the reasons remain unknown.
Earlier, occupation forces raided the town of Maythalun south of Jenin and deployed a unit of infantry soldiers in its streets, with no reports of raids or arrests.
In the town of Ya'bad to the west, occupation forces arrested Mohammad Firaht from inside a commercial shop after assaulting him, but later released him.
Since January 21, the Israeli occupation has continued its aggression against the city of Jenin, its camp, and the towns and villages of the governorate, resulting in the martyrdom of 58 citizens and the injury of more than 200.
The occupation has also completely demolished more than 600 homes in the camp, leading to the displacement of 22,000 residents from the camp to towns and villages within the governorate and several neighborhoods in the city.
