Israel Discusses the Situation in Lebanon and Expresses Concern over Hezbollah's Activities
Translation by SadaNews - The Hebrew Channel Kan reported this Thursday evening that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Defense Minister Yoav Galant will hold a security discussion tonight regarding the situation in Lebanon.
According to the channel, as translated by SadaNews, Israel is concerned about Hezbollah's continued activities in southern Lebanon.
It was also noted that next week, U.S. envoy Morgan Ortagus will arrive in Lebanon to promote the continuation of the disarmament process in southern Lebanon, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
According to settler platforms, the Iron Dome and laser system have been deployed on the northern border and in central Israel in anticipation of a new escalation.
