Israel Follows with "Concern"... Report: Iran is Approaching and Working Rapidly to Restore its Missile Stockpile

SadaNews - Iran is close to restoring its stockpile of missiles that it possessed before the Israeli attacks on its nuclear and military facilities last June, following about half a year after the 12-day war at that time. Israeli Channel 13 reported that Iran continues to work rapidly on producing ground-to-ground missiles, and it is expected to have around 2000 missiles capable of reaching Israel within a few months. It pointed out that Israel is closely following Iran's arms race with concern, as most of the missiles that Iran had stored in tunnels were not damaged during the war and are now being reused. The lesson that Iran learned from the war is the shift underground and reducing the significance of missile precision. An Israeli security official stated, "Israel will respond with much greater force compared to previous rounds"; noting that his country is preparing for a scenario in which fighting could last more than 12 days, suggesting that the Houthis in Yemen may participate in any upcoming war by attacking targets inside Israel. Meanwhile, the structure of Iran's nuclear program is undergoing restoration, without signs of a resumption in uranium enrichment, according to Israeli Channel 13. The "New York Times" reported last week that Iran continues to enhance its air defense systems and is planning to launch about 2000 missiles simultaneously in the event of a new war with Israel. This report comes against the backdrop of rising tensions between Tehran and Tel Aviv, and ongoing Iranian efforts to rebuild defense systems that were damaged in the Israeli war. In an official statement, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi mentioned among other things on Thursday, that "we are more prepared than we were in the previous war with Israel."
