Liberman: The UN Resolution is a Deal to Liquidate Israel's Security
SadaNews - Avigdor Liberman, the head of the "Yisrael Beiteinu" party, has strongly criticized the recent United Nations decision, describing it as a "deal to liquidate Israel's security".
Liberman stated in press remarks that what happened at the UN is the result of a "failed management by the Israeli government", pointing out that the UN decision has opened the door for radical changes in the region.
He added that the decision "brought with it a Palestinian state, a Saudi nuclear weapon, and F-35 aircraft for both Turkey and Saudi Arabia," considering that these developments "change the face of the Middle East, but not in favor of Israel".
Liberman concluded by saying that Israel faces unprecedented challenges in light of this decision, calling for a reassessment of the current government's policies to confront what he termed a "looming strategic threat".
