The Presidency Appeals to the World to Pressure Israel to Expedite the Entry of Prefabricated Homes and Tents into the Gaza Strip
SadaNews - The Palestinian Presidency has appealed to countries around the world, particularly the United States, as well as the countries guaranteeing the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, to pressure Israel to expedite the entry of prefabricated homes and tents into the region. This is to face the harsh weather conditions that endanger the lives of citizens, as what remains in Gaza are dilapidated and torn tents that do not prevent rain from entering and do not provide protection for the citizens.
The Presidency called for lifting the Israeli restrictions and obstacles that prevent the Palestinian government from bringing in mobile homes and tents, along with shelter equipment, to the Gaza Strip, to address the difficult humanitarian situation that poses serious risks to the lives of children, women, and the elderly.
