Norwegian Expert: Israel Should Compensate the European Union for the Destruction of Its Projects in Gaza
SadaNews - Professor of International Law and Human Rights at the Human Rights Center at the University of Oslo, Ghanthian Zibiri, stated that Israel must bear legal responsibility for the destruction of schools, hospitals, and civilian facilities that were built with funding from the European Union in the Gaza Strip, and that it should pay compensation for that.
In an interview with Anadolu, Zibiri emphasized the necessity for the European Union to continue pressuring Israel to maintain the ceasefire, noting that the ongoing Israeli attacks despite the announcement of a ceasefire represent a significant problem.
