Two Killed After Falling from Height During Haredi Protests in Israel
SadaNews translation - Two Israelis were killed this Thursday evening after falling from height from a residential building in occupied Jerusalem.
The deceased were participating in a Haredi protest against the law exempting them from compulsory military service in the Israeli army.
According to Channel 12, as translated by SadaNews, two young Haredim climbed the building and minutes later fell from it, dying instantly.
According to the channel, more than 300,000 Haredim participated in the protest, including leaders of the Haredi community who reject the new exemption law and see it as exceeding their requests.
The public streets in occupied Jerusalem were closed due to the massive protest.
