Israeli Occupation Minister Decides to Prevent Red Cross Representatives from Visiting Detainees
SadaNews - The Israeli Occupation Minister, Israel Katz, decided today, Wednesday, to prevent representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross from visiting detainees in occupation prisons, on the grounds of (endangering state security).
It is noteworthy that since the beginning of the aggression against the Gaza Strip, the occupation has deprived the families of detainees from visiting their children, and has prevented them from communicating with the outside world, as well as withdrawing all the achievements of the prisoner movement.
More than 9,100 detainees are held in occupation prisons, living in difficult conditions of detention, amidst the ongoing policy of repression and medical neglect against them.
