The Death Toll from the Occupation's Assault on Gaza Rises to 68,531 Martyrs
SadaNews - The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Tuesday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,531, with the majority being children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli occupation's assault on October 7, 2023.
It added that the number of injuries has risen to 170,402 since the onset of the assault, while several victims remain under the rubble, and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
It indicated that 4 martyrs (including a new martyr, 2 whose bodies were recovered, and a martyr who succumbed to his injuries) and 7 injuries have reached the hospitals in the Gaza Strip, while the toll from martyrs and injuries since the ceasefire agreement on October 11 has reached 94 martyrs and 344 injured, with 474 bodies recovered.
It clarified that 75 bodies have been identified so far out of 195 released bodies that were received from the occupation.
