Katz vows to continue incursions into Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams camps
SadaNews - Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz, announced that his forces will continue their deployment in the Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams camps, claiming it is to "prevent terrorism," as he put it.
Katz stated: "We will deal forcefully with any attempt to reconstruct the terrorist infrastructure that we have destroyed," adding that any attempts by what he termed "terrorist organizations" to rebuild their capabilities in the West Bank will be met with a harsh response.
He confirmed that he has instructed the army to take "all necessary measures" to eliminate what he called "terrorist threats," referring to the ongoing military operations in areas of the northern West Bank, which have seen a recent escalation resulting in deaths and injuries, and significant damage to the camps' infrastructure.
The latest incident involved an Israeli attack targeting an area in the town of Kafr Qud in the west of Jenin early this morning, resulting in 3 martyrs whose bodies are still being held by the occupation.
