Al-Qassam Hands Over the Bodies of 4 New Prisoners to the Red Cross
SadaNews - The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, handed over the bodies of 4 Israeli prisoners held in their custody on Tuesday evening.
The handover took place in a closed hangar in the Samer area in the center of Gaza City.
It was noted that members of the Al-Qassam Brigades were deployed in the area to secure the handover process, which took place in the presence of a delegation from the Red Cross.
The bodies were transferred to the Israeli side, but the details regarding the names of the deceased were not disclosed.
This step comes amid reports that more bodies may be handed over either tonight or tomorrow.
It also follows an Israeli decision to close the Rafah crossing and reduce aid to the Gaza Strip.
