See Photos of the Release of Palestinian Prisoners from the Occupation Prisons
SadaNews - With feelings that blend joy with tears, several Palestinian mothers eagerly welcomed their sons, the prisoners released by Israel today (Monday), as part of the first phase of implementing the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas, which includes a simultaneous exchange of prisoners and detainees, under the supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
Numerous photos showed the emotional reactions of the mothers and families during the reception of a number of Palestinian prisoners, as Israel released 96 Palestinian prisoners from the "Ofer" prison, west of Ramallah, and more than 1,700 prisoners from Gaza today (Monday).
