Occupation Arrests 8 Citizens from Silwad and Storms Tammun
SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces arrested eight young men during their incursion into the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah, early this Sunday.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces arrested the following individuals: Abdullah Khadr Abbas, Omar Fadi Hamid, Ibrahim Awni Fares, Zahdi Ibrahim Ayad, Haroun Hamad, Bara Hamid, Khalil Marai, and Hamdi Farid Hamid, after storming their homes in the town and searching them.
The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the Al-Faraa camp and the town of Tammun, south of Tubas, today, Sunday.
Local sources indicated that the occupation forces invaded the camp and raided a house without reporting any arrests, adding that the occupation dropped warning and threatening leaflets for the citizens.
They also noted that the occupation forces stormed the town of Tammun and spread across several neighborhoods, raiding the homes of families of detainees who are scheduled to be released under the ceasefire agreement, threatening them against showing signs of joy.
The occupation forces withdrew from the town of Tammun towards the city of Tubas, deploying their foot troops there and firing tear gas canisters as students headed to schools, while no arrests were reported.
