Netanyahu: We are working on a plan that is not final yet regarding Gaza

SadaNews - Netanyahu said in statements to "Fox News": "We are working on a plan that is not final yet regarding Gaza, and we hope to agree on it".

He stated: "I hope we can succeed in the peace plan regarding Gaza because we want to free our hostages, and we are working with Trump's team on the peace plan, which is not yet completed".

Netanyahu noted, "Trump and I do not agree on everything, but we do agree on the fundamental issues", adding, "My relationship with President Trump currently is unmatched in the history of our two countries".

The Israeli Prime Minister added, "I oppose the return of the Palestinian Authority to Gaza, and I do not believe it can be repaired".

He said, "We must continue to pressure Iran to confirm that we will not tolerate a resumption of its efforts to build nuclear bombs".

He added, "We know where Iran's enriched uranium is, and we share this information with the United States".

Netanyahu referred to the aggression in Qatar, regarding the failed attack that targeted Hamas leaders in Doha, stating, "The target is Hamas, not Qatar, just as you attacked bin Laden, not Pakistan", according to his description.

He mentioned that the elimination of Hamas was not more important than the "Abraham Accords", which he said "are wonderful and have stood the test of two years of war", pointing out that "there is good cooperation between Israel and the UAE".

In the same interview, Netanyahu refused to specifically answer whether Israel had notified the United States before the aggression, saying, "We were the ones who initiated and executed".

Trump had stated on Friday before journalists in Washington, "I think we have an agreement" regarding Gaza.

On the same day, Netanyahu renewed his rejection of the establishment of a Palestinian state before the United Nations General Assembly, while at the same time pledging to "complete the mission" against Hamas, just days after the United Kingdom, France, and other Western countries recognized the state of Palestine.

Netanyahu will meet Trump at the White House on Monday.
