
Occupation Continues to Construct Settler Road West of Ramallah
SadaNews - Israeli occupation bulldozers continued today, Sunday, to construct a colonial road between the towns of Beit Urr al-Fawqa and Deir Ibzi' west of Ramallah.
The head of the Beit Urr al-Fawqa municipality, Ali Faisal, reported to the official agency that the occupation bulldozers have opened a new colonial road this morning in the "Karinah" area for the benefit of the "Beit Horon" settlement.
Local sources indicated that the road is a disruption of the connecting road between eight towns: Beit Sira, Beit Nuba, Beit Luqya, Kharbatha al-Misbah, Saffa, al-Tireh, Beit Urr al-Fawqa, and Beit Urr al-Tahta.
According to the sources, upon the completion of this project, the village of Beit Urr al-Fawqa will be besieged from all directions by the settlement: "Beit Horon" to the east, Route 443 to the south, a military point with a gate to the west, and to the north.
