3200 people crossed through the Karameh crossing after its reopening

SadaNews - The police and the Palestinian border and crossing authority facilitated the movement of departures and arrivals through the Karameh crossing today, Friday.

The number of departures reached 2050 individuals, while arrivals were 1150 individuals, with movement halting around 12:30 PM.

The police confirmed that they are making every effort to facilitate citizens and enable them to travel and return home while overcoming the imposed challenges.

The crossing was reopened today after being closed for several days by the Israeli side.

This came following a shooting incident carried out by a Jordanian, which resulted in the deaths of two Israeli soldiers.
