The Israeli army attacked several targets in Sana'a, claiming they were military objectives, while the Houthis denied this, asserting that they targeted civilian neighborhoods.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz vowed to continue attacks against the Houthis after their escalation of strikes against Israel.
Following these attacks, the Houthis launched a missile towards Israel, which announced that it successfully intercepted it.
Hundreds of thousands of Israelis in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv rushed to shelters, while air traffic at Ben Gurion Airport was halted for a few minutes.
