Trump with Leaders of Arab and Islamic Countries: "We Will End What Should Have Never Started"

SadaNews - US President Donald Trump, during his meeting with leaders of Arab and Islamic countries in New York, emphasized the importance of this meeting to end the war in Gaza and secure the release of the Israeli hostages, stating: "We will end what should have never started."

Trump noted that his meeting with the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries in New York was "successful."

He added: "Our meeting with leaders in the Middle East is important for finding a solution to the war in Gaza."

He praised Qatar's role in mediation efforts regarding Gaza, adding: "We are making every effort to bring the hostages back from Gaza."

Trump criticized the United Nations during his speech before the General Assembly on Tuesday, considering that it "does not contribute to building peace."

In a lengthy address that covered several topics, Trump stated: "The United Nations has immense capabilities, but it does not even come close to the required level," pointing out that the organization "is just empty words that do not solve wars."

Regarding the recognition of the State of Palestine, Trump considered that the decisions of some of Washington's allies represent "a reward for the atrocities of Hamas, including the attack on October 7," reiterating his call for the movement to "release all hostages in Gaza at once."

He spoke about his efforts "to end the war in Gaza" and to end "7 wars" around the world, asserting that he deserves "the Nobel Peace Prize."
