
Sheikh Holds Security Meeting to Discuss Latest Developments Amid Israeli Escalation in the West Bank
SadaNews - The Palestinian Vice President Hussein Sheikh held a meeting this evening to discuss the latest political and security developments in light of the Israeli escalation in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, and the ongoing aggression in the Gaza Strip, as well as the challenges facing the Palestinian people and their cause as a result of this.
Sheikh stated that the meeting was convened at the request of President Mahmoud Abbas, with the attendance of the Prime Minister, the team leader Hajj Ismail, the Attorney General, and security leaders.
He added that, based on the President's instructions, plans have been put in place to contribute and support the steadfastness of our people on their land and to protect their security and safety.
