Trump distances himself from European pressure on Israel: no interest or objection
SadaNews: The American site Politico reported from informed sources that President Donald Trump will not join his European allies in escalating pressure on Israel, despite the escalating attacks on the Gaza Strip.
According to the sources, Trump does not intend to make a big fuss about the European efforts to isolate the Israeli government, nor does he show much interest in these moves, which he sees as more symbolic than practical.
The sources added that Trump does not necessarily agree with the European approach, but at the same time, he does not feel concerned about what Europe is doing, as long as those efforts do not go beyond political symbolism.
