Katz Reiterates Same Threats: We Will Destroy Gaza If Hamas Does Not Release Hostages

SadaNews: Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz renewed, during his presence at the Gaza border today, the same persistent threats, stating: "If Hamas does not release the hostages and disarm, we will destroy the city of Gaza."

For its part, the Israeli Army Radio reported: The objective of the operation in Gaza City is to destroy Hamas's infrastructure until it is defeated.

It continued: Military estimates indicate that there are thousands of Hamas fighters inside Gaza City.

It added: The Chief of Staff held meetings with the troops regarding not harming the hostages during the Gaza operation.
