64,756 Martyrs and 164,059 Injured Since the Start of the Occupation's Aggression on Gaza
SadaNews - The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip has risen to 64,756, and the injuries to 164,059 since October 7, 2023.
Medical sources reported today, Friday, that the death toll since March 18, meaning since the Israeli occupation breached the ceasefire agreement, has reached 12,206 martyrs and 52,018 injuries.
During the past twenty-four hours, hospitals received 38 martyrs, including two who were retrieved, and 200 new injuries, while several victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, with rescue teams unable to reach them.
Regarding "martyrs of the struggle for livelihood," hospitals received 14 martyrs and 143 injuries in the past 24 hours, raising the total number to 2,479 martyrs and more than 18,091 injuries due to targeting queues and areas distributing aid.
Hospitals in the Gaza Strip also recorded two deaths due to starvation and malnutrition in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 413, including 143 children.
