Occupation Arrests Mayor of Silat al-Dhahr and 6 Citizens from Jenin Governorate
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation forces arrested four citizens from Silat al-Dhahr at dawn today, Thursday, including the mayor, two citizens from Kafrdan, and one citizen from Jaba, in Jenin Governorate.
Local sources stated that the occupation forces raided the town of Silat al-Dhahr south of Jenin, arresting Mayor Abed al-Fattah Abu Ali, Walid Kilani and his son Mohammad, and Akram al-Hantouli, after storming several homes, and deployed foot patrols in the streets of the town.
The sources pointed out that the occupation forces also raided the town of Jaba south of the city, arresting citizen Zaid Kanaan, as well as raiding the town of Kafr Dan west of Jenin, deploying their vehicles in the streets, searching citizens' vehicles, storming several homes, and arresting Yamen Marai and Mohammad Izzam Marai.
