Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate Resumes Warning to Normalizers
SadaNews - The Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate has renewed its warning against any journalist participating in normalization activities inside or outside Palestine, considering that any such participation at a time when the media genocide continues and the blood of journalists spills at the hands of the murderers is an act of betrayal that cannot be justified or tolerated.
The syndicate's information indicates that some journalists intend to participate in a normalization meeting to be held in the Hungarian capital, Budapest, in the coming period, supported by a Swiss organization known for its dubious activities.
The syndicate noted that the majority of those who call themselves (Israeli journalists) are actually settlers, military personnel, and security men who have participated in the occupation's crimes against the Palestinian people, or they have incited, justified, and encouraged the commission of such crimes, with some celebrating the killing of Palestinians in live broadcasts.
The syndicate affirmed that it will not tolerate any journalist participating in this meeting or any other normalization activities, and it called on media institutions to scrutinize the travel destinations and assignments of their employees during the coming month and beyond, based on the institution's responsibility for journalists and their positions and activities.
