
Journalist Martyred by Israeli Occupation Fire in Khan Younis
Sada News - A journalist and a civilian were martyred this evening, Monday, due to the Israeli occupation forces opening fire towards the tents of displaced persons in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
According to local sources, journalist Hassan Douhan arrived at Nasser Medical Complex as a lifeless body following the targeting of the displaced persons' tents with gunfire.
Douhan worked as a correspondent for the Palestinian daily newspaper Al-Hayat Al-Jadida.
With this, the number of journalist martyrs due to the occupation's massacres in Gaza today has risen to 6, following the massacre that claimed 5 at Nasser Medical Complex due to shelling by Israeli artillery.
Thus, the total number of journalist martyrs since the beginning of the war has reached 246.
