Ben Gvir criticizes Australia's ban on a Knesset member entering its territory
SadaNews - Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir stated that the Australian government's support for Hamas and the ban on Knesset member Simcha Rothman is a historical disgrace.
The Australian government revoked Knesset member Rothman's visa a day before his arrival at the Jewish community conference, preventing him from entering the country for three years.
Australian Interior Minister Tony Burke announced the cancellation of Rothman's visa, confirming that he would not be able to apply for a visa for three years.
Burke emphasized that the decision to deny the visa was part of the government's policy that adopts a strict approach towards those who seek to "spread hate and division" within the country.
