Prisoners' Club: 48 Female Prisoners in Occupation Prisons, Including Two Girls and a Pregnant Woman

SadaNews - The Prisoners' Club reported that the administration of "Damon" prison carried out four acts of repression against female prisoners during the first half of this month, where the repression forces assaulted them by restraining them, humiliatingly and insultingly removing them from their cells, forcing them to lower their heads, and leading them to the prison yard for abuse. Additionally, in two of these operations, they used gas and police dogs.

According to a recent visit to the female prisoners, the acts of repression occurred on the dates: 4/8/2025, 8/8/2025, 10/8/2025, and 14/8/2025.

The Prisoners' Club confirmed that these assaults are not new; rather, they represent a fixed and systematic policy followed by the prison system against female prisoners and all prisoners, which has escalated unprecedentedly since the onset of the genocide war.

Moreover, the detention conditions for female prisoners are tragic and difficult. Although they attempt to confront these policies through collective resilience, they are subjected to extensive deprivation of their most basic rights.

Female prisoners suffer from hunger due to the lack and poor quality of the food provided to them, with some food being spoiled and unfit for consumption. They also suffer from pest infestations and skin problems, due to high temperatures and humidity, amidst a lack of ventilation tools, in addition to a shortage of specific feminine hygiene supplies.
