SadaNews - The Deputy Prime Minister of the State of Palestine, Hussein Al-Sheikh, visited on Saturday the family of the Palestinian prisoner and freedom fighter Marwan Barghouthi in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate.
This visit, according to Al-Sheikh's office, comes within the context of affirming the steadfast Palestinian position regarding the prisoners' issue as a national priority.
Al-Sheikh was accompanied during this visit by Raed Abu Al-Hammas, the Minister of the Authority for Prisoners and Released Prisoners, and Muwafaq Suhweil, Secretary of the Fatah Movement in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh region, along with several members of the regional committee.
