SadaNews Translation - Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Katz said Thursday evening that Israel is determined to defeat Hamas in Gaza, secure the release of all hostages, and end the war.

This statement came during his chairing of a meeting with the Israeli army's General Staff and senior security officials, alongside Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, to discuss the Gaza occupation plan.

During the meeting, the plan will be formulated for approval next Sunday.

Katz stated: The Israeli army is mobilizing all its forces and is preparing with great strength to implement the cabinet's decision.

He added: We will work as one until the mission is completed.
