Foreign Ministry: We have launched an intensive international campaign to warn of the dangers of the cabinet decisions regarding Gaza
SadaNews - The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced on Friday that it has launched a political, diplomatic, and legal campaign targeting decision-making centers in countries and components of the international community to demand that they bear their responsibilities regarding the catastrophic consequences of the Israeli cabinet decisions regarding the complete occupation of the Gaza Strip and the imposition of Israeli control over it. The campaign aims to warn of the real dangers of these decisions on the survival chances of Palestinian civilians in the sector, who are trapped in a confirmed death circle due to the implementation of these stances, whether due to the escalation of mass killings from bombardments or the deepening of starvation and the imposition of forced collective displacement on more than a million Palestinians, eventually leading to the squeezing of more than two million citizens into less than 10% of the area of the sector towards their forced displacement in various forms.
The ministry noted that the cabinet decisions reveal the reality of the occupation's war against the residents of the sector and Palestinian civilians without justification.
It added that the failure of the United Nations Security Council to impose an immediate ceasefire, release hostages and prisoners, protect civilians, and stop the crime of starving them has become a cover exploited by the occupying government to implement plans of extermination, displacement, and annexation.
The ministry called for genuine international intervention to cease fire, protect civilians, and implement the New York Declaration immediately.
