Mustafa: We will not leave our people in Gaza alone, we will rebuild Gaza and establish the state
SadaNews - Prime Minister Dr. Muhammad Mustafa said: "We will not leave our people in Gaza alone, we will rebuild Gaza, and we will establish the state. We hope that during the few coming weeks, the war will cease, and we will begin our work in rebuilding Gaza, in cooperation with our brothers in Egypt and with many countries around the world, because Gaza deserves it, and because it is the passage of the state that must be rebuilt."
Mustafa added: "As we have always said, everything in Gaza is targeted, including churches and mosques, schools, hospitals, children and women, the elderly and the young, and everything in Palestine is targeted, Gaza, Jerusalem, the camp, the village, and the city, Bethlehem, Tulkarm, Jenin, and Hebron."
This came during his speech at a special prayer for Gaza, to stop the genocide and achieve justice, organized by the Ramallah Churches Council, today Thursday at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hope, in the presence of the Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Laila Ghannam, Minister of Foreign Affairs Farsin Shaheen, Secretary-General of the Cabinet Dawas Dawas, the Egyptian Ambassador to Palestine Ihab Suleiman, and a number of official and prominent figures, religious leaders, and worshippers.
The Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of President Mahmoud Abbas and the government during this prayer for the people of the Gaza Strip, saying: "Gaza will be rebuilt, and Palestine will rise. The picture may seem bleak, but faith in God is great, and our hope in our people is great."
Mustafa continued: "There is a race between good and evil, occupation and freedom, destruction and construction. The occupation is working with all available means to prevent the establishment of our independent state, and we, in turn, are working to strengthen the resilience of our people and realize our state, with our Arab brothers and the countries of the world on our side."
He stated: "The United Nations conference in New York a few days ago confirmed that the State of Palestine will be established and that the world is still with us. Despite the harsh conditions, the harshness of the occupation, the harshness of hunger, and the harshness of incitement, our people will rise again."
