The Occupation Decides to Investigate the Circumstances of the Martyrdom of Prisoner Ahmad Tarziah from Jenin
SadaNews - The occupation's magistrate court in (Hadera) has decided to conduct an investigation into the circumstances of martyrdom and the autopsy of the martyr prisoner Ahmad Tarziah (20 years old) from Jenin, who was martyred on 3/8/2025.
The decision for the investigation and autopsy came during a session held this morning in the court, attended by lawyer Suhair Nassar, following a request to investigate the circumstances of his martyrdom. The autopsy will be conducted in the presence of a doctor appointed by the family, but a date has not yet been set.
It is worth mentioning that the martyr Tarziah, according to his family, did not suffer from any health issues prior to his arrest and transfer to administrative detention.
Martyr Ahmad is one of 76 prisoners who have been martyred in the occupation's prisons since the beginning of the ongoing genocide, and these are just the identities that are known.
Moreover, it is noted that the occupation continues to hold the remains of 73 individuals who have fallen since the beginning of the ongoing genocide, out of 84 martyr prisoners whose remains are being held by the occupation from the prisoners' movement.
