18 Martyrs, Most of Them Aid Seekers, in Various Areas of Gaza Strip
SadaNews - 18 citizens have been martyred, 13 of them aid seekers, and others have been injured since this morning, Sunday, by the gunfire and shelling of the occupying army in various locations in the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that 9 citizens were martyred by the fire of the occupying forces near aid centers in the northern Rafah.
The same sources added that two martyrs fell and others were injured due to the shelling of the occupying aircraft on a school housing displaced people in the Al-Amal neighborhood west of Khan Younis.
They indicated that three citizens were martyred and others injured in the targeting of a gathering of citizens in the Shuja'iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
Four citizens were martyred, and others injured as a result of the targeting of aid seekers near "Netzarim" in the central area.
The artillery of the occupying forces continues to shell central Khan Younis.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel, the occupying power, has committed genocide in the Gaza Strip, including killings, starvation, destruction, and displacement, ignoring international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop.
The genocide has resulted in more than 209,000 martyrs and injured, most of them children and women, and over 9,000 missing individuals, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons and famine that has claimed many lives.
