Houthis: We targeted Ben Gurion Airport with a hypersonic ballistic missile

SadaNews - The Houthi group "Ansar Allah" in Yemen announced that it targeted "Ben Gurion Airport" in Israel with a hypersonic ballistic missile of the type "Palestine 2".

In a statement, "Ansar Allah" said, "In victory for the plight of the Palestinian people and their dear mujahideen, and in response to the genocide perpetrated by the Zionist enemy against our brothers in the Gaza Strip, the missile forces of the Yemeni armed forces carried out a qualitative military operation targeting the Lydd Airport in the occupied Yafa area with a hypersonic ballistic missile of the type 'Palestine 2'.

The statement added that "the operation successfully achieved its goal, causing millions of the occupying Zionists to rush to shelters, and bringing airport operations to a halt".

The statement continued, "Our operations will continue until the aggression against Gaza ends and the siege is lifted".

Earlier today, the Israeli army intercepted a ballistic missile launched from Yemen, as sirens sounded in many areas in Israel and flight operations at Ben Gurion Airport were halted without any reported injuries.

Hebrew media reported that the launch of this missile came after the Israeli attack on Yemen the day before, and the sirens that were activated awakened millions of Israelis before six o'clock this Tuesday morning.
