Britain and More Than 20 Countries Call on Israel to End the War and Lift Restrictions on Gaza
SadaNews - Britain, along with more than twenty countries including France and Japan, has called for an immediate end to the war in the Gaza Strip, the lifting of all restrictions on the flow of humanitarian aid, and the release of those detained by Hamas.
A statement issued by the British government, according to Reuters, noted that the signatory countries "strongly oppose any steps aimed at changing the demographic nature of the occupied Palestinian territories" and condemn "the slow delivery of aid and the restrictions imposed on it."
The signatory nations also emphasized their strong opposition to the continuation of "the killing of civilians, including children."
