Decision to Autopsy the Body of Martyr Louay Faisal Nasrallah from Jenin

SadaNews - The Palestinian Authority for Prisoners and Released Prisoners and the Palestinian Prisoners Club announced that the occupation court in "Beersheba" issued a decision during a session held this morning to conduct an autopsy on the body of martyr Louay Faisal Nasrallah from Jenin. The court also recommended that his body be handed over to his family.

The Authority and the Prisoners Club added that the court's recommendation to hand over the body does not mean that it is binding on the occupation authorities, especially since these authorities pursue a policy of holding bodies of martyrs based on political decisions.

It is noted that martyr Nasrallah was martyred on June 30, 2025, in "Soroka" Hospital, with the circumstances of his martyrdom remaining unknown. According to his family, their son had no health issues before his arrest on March 26, 2024, when he was subjected to administrative detention.

It is mentioned that Nasrallah is one of 73 prisoners and detainees who have been martyred since the start of the genocide, as a result of a series of systematic crimes perpetrated by the Israeli occupation's detention system against prisoners and detainees, in an unprecedented manner, at the forefront of which are torture, starvation, medical crimes, sexual assaults, and the spread of diseases and epidemics.

It is worth noting that the 73 martyrs are only those announced, while the occupation continues to commit the crime of enforced disappearance against dozens of martyr detainees from the Gaza Strip.
