Musk Calls for the Release of Epstein Case Documents
SadaNews - American billionaire Elon Musk responded to various posts regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case on the platform "X" and urged President Donald Trump to "disclose the Epstein files as promised."
After his public disagreement with the American president, Elon Musk intervened in the heated debate surrounding the Epstein case that has resurfaced. He tweeted on "X" that "Seriously. He repeated the word 'Epstein' six times, asking everyone to stop talking about him," and stated that Trump should "disclose the Epstein files as promised."
The post he responded to included a screenshot of an extended post by Trump on Truth "Social" about the Epstein files, in which Trump claimed they were orchestrated by former President Barack Obama, "Corrupt Hillary," and "losers and criminals" among Biden's officials.
In his post, Trump urged those in his administration, including Kash Patel, not to "waste time and effort" on "the man who never dies."
In a previous tweet, Musk questioned: "What kind of system do we live in, for the love of God, if thousands of children have been abused, and the government has videos of the perpetrators, yet none of them are facing any charges?!"
Musk had previously written on "X" that "Epstein's client lists have not been released because Trump was on it," and later deleted the post.
The Epstein file has garnered widespread attention due to its connections to several prominent global figures, including Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, and Prince Andrew. Donald Trump himself had a friendship with Epstein in the 1990s before distancing himself later.
In a related development, sources revealed internal American tensions over the level of transparency required in handling the file, with some officials insisting on the need to disclose all information, while the administration appears hesitant in this regard.
Businessman Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 to charges related to sexually abusing minors and was placed on the sex offenders list.
He served only 13 months of an 18-month prison sentence, spending most of the time out of jail under a "work release" program.
It is worth noting that Epstein was found dead in his cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
Epstein's death just 36 days after being in the Metropolitan Correctional Center has sparked widespread conspiracy theories, including rumors that some wealthy and famous people against whom he had information were involved in his murder.
