Injuries Among Citizens in Settler Attack on Soreif in Hebron
SadaNews - Settlers attacked the town of Soreif, northwest of Hebron, tonight, assaulting residents and setting fire to agricultural lands.
Security sources stated that a number of settlers attacked residents in the Al-Watawat area near the "Beit Ain" settlement established on citizens' lands.
The sources added that the settlers carried out a series of assaults against the residents and set fire to agricultural lands.
Later, occupation forces invaded the town and chased citizens who were trying to fend off the settlers' attack, resulting in injuries to two of them from bruises and another from live fire in his thigh.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority, settlers committed more than 2153 assaults in the first half of this year, resulting in the martyrdom of 4 citizens.
Settler assaults ranged from attacking Palestinian villages and assaulting the unprotected inside them, burning homes, shooting at citizens, establishing settlement outposts, seizing citizens' lands, and assaulting their vehicles.
